All turbines come with a free back-cap wrench, which is appropriate for your specific handpiece. From your office, you will use alcohol, swabs, and in some repairs an explorer.
Log into your account, choose your handpiece from the "How To Videos", and repair the handpiece as you watch the video.
99 out of 100 are repaired in the office but if you are the 1%, simply send the handpiece and turbine back and we will repair it at no cost.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Turbines that have been used in a handpiece are not eligible for return. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and Canada..
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-5 business days to arrive. Canadian deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use UPS or USPS. Shipping is FREE for most orders within the United States unless you choose expediated shipping.
